black cars are definitely shiny. seems to be like a full-time job to maintain though.

 

black coloured vehicles are certainly harder to maintain on an on-going basis, but its worth it. my car is parked outside and with all the rain and crazy weather lately, its quite dirty and dusty. all thats needed is a wash and i'll be good to go. love it when the water just slides off after a fresh wax

i never have a smooth car wash. more times than none its scorching outside and by the time i finish soaping the car, wherever i started is semi-dried and then it basically goes downhill from there.

 

My car is black and thats why I always wash it just before dusk or with it in the shade you can't wash them in the sun.

 

Too fast to dry will be hell for dark cars, it's crazy even when my white car dries too fast so I can only imagine on your black car.

best time to wash your car is in the evening, just after the sun goes down. you should not be washing your car in direct sunlight. as the soap hits the hot surface, it begins to dry, and this makes removal of the soap suds very difficult.
