I felt it pretty well at work, computer screen was shaking. They confirmed a magnitude of 5.5 in southern ontario.

Was felt in Toronto, Aurora, Montreal, Ottawa and many other places.

Who else felt it and where?

Didn't feel a thing but the wife was on the toilet at work and she thought she was going to fall off it and was not quite sure what was going on.

 

I was at work when it happened. First my chair started rocking slightly and made me think someone was behind me pulling my chair, looked over my shoulder both sides and when I didn't find anyone, looked back at my screen and it was shaking, water in the bottle was also moving but not too much. Then felt the floor started jumping up and down mildly and then everyone started screaming.

That's about it, my employer didn't even evacuate the building but the buildings around us evacuated immediately. Some good boss.

Personally I did not feel anything, I was out from the shop at the time. The guys in the shop noticed the cars on the hoist shaking. In Newmarket.

 

That must be scary having a car up above you start shaking.
