Just picked up my iPhone 4 at Yorkdale Mall on day number 3. Surprisingly they still had stock.

5MP camera is pretty slick and the HD video recording is very clean for a phone.

Still syncing my music and stuff, will play around with it more.

Oh and I litteraly got paid to buy this phone. I sold my old iphone for 240 and got this for 159.

It's the same number. the phone is sold out all over canada. I think I was one of the last 5 people to get the phone in GTA because I called everywhere even out in Keswick and they were sold out. Yorkdale had a small line, as soon as I got my phone I texted someone who was desperately looking for one and he called the same place to find out they were sold out.

So I think I got lucky with the phone. I'll make some videos on Wednesday if we meet up.

Jailbreak of my iPhone 4 is completed successfully. It was the easiest damn hack I've ever done on iPhone. Cydia, Installous and all the free apps I can get my hands on are now available.

This jailbreak enabled my phone to do facetime video calling over Roger's network as previously it was only possible via WIFI. I can turn my iphone into a wireless router with 2 clicks.... list goes on.

I'm loving my new jailbroken iphone 4.

I thought they had some way to tell if it was hacked on the newest one?? I could be wrong, I am not very techy....lol. Just what I heard

 

It's true, there's this new SHSH ID associated with iOS4 and iPhone 4 but when you jailbreak and run cydia for the first time it backs up original ID so it can fool itunes.

Basically it will use the hacked ID when you're accessing cydia and regular ID when you're accessing iTunes store. It's pretty simple, really.

Just updated my iphone to the latest 4.1 - one of the cool features added was HDR for the built-in camera. Look at the kind of difference HDR makes on a single shot with normal and HDR version below, the result is amazing.
