I traded in the HHR for a Trailblazer SS. The HHR just wasn't comfortable enough for me after hurting my back in the fall. I had to get away from driving stick daily.

 

I had to change from Auto to stick a few years ago when i hurt my back.
My tranny shifted to hard.

That's a big change. It's a totally different ride. What did you do to your back? What are the specs on SS and maybe some pictures?

Did you do a straight trade?

I've thrown my back out in the past but now as I get older I find it just doesn't recover as well lol.

The trailblazer is AWD, with the 6.0L LS2 engine out of the Corvette, 395hp and 400 ft/tq. I lost some money on the trade cause the HHR was an 09 and this in an 06. But it's fully loaded. Nav, heated seats, climate control, rear DVD. So it's a much nicer ride. It's quick for a 5000 lbs truck and it's got lots of aftermarket parts available.

I'll get some pics up when the weather is nicer. Or we can just have that winter meet we've been talking about lol. I want to see SirChirpAlot's car now

 

I'm swamped these days for a meet. Just had our second child so no sleep and work is killing me. But it'll get better.

LS2 is a nice motor. Probably heavy on gas though.

Time can be made but this baby is a little hard on both of us because of my 4 year old. Gotta keep an eye on him every second of the day so he doesn't hurt the baby.
