2012 Honda Lease

Someone, please help me with this.

I have leased 2012 Honda Civic Sedan LX $300/ month for 36 Months at 1.49 rate. I have added fog lights that is included in the monthly payment. Monthly payment included Fright and all taxes. At the end of the lease term, i could buy the car for $11,027.

Now I am feeling that I am paying more for this car. Can a expert explain to me, I am paying reasonable price for this car or paying more. Thank you
