Question Used Car Buying

Hi All,

My wife and I are looking to buy another used car and after searching the online sources (auto trader, Craigslist, Kijiji), we were thinking of becoming a member of APA (Automobile Protection Agency) and using their expertise, dealers etc. There is a member ship fee.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with APA and could give us some opinions?
