Hey everyone Lowered Intentions is back again with this years charity car show which is taking place on fathers day June 20, 2010, at Cedarvale Park in Georgetown, ON.

This is our third year putting on this show with the individuals from Classics Against Cancer. The original show started 23 years ago and contains an average of 250 classic cars per year.

As some of you already know Lowered Intentions was asked a couple years ago to help add a 1980+ sport compact / truck section into the mix for the younger generations attending the show. We are looking for a good selection of modified sport compacts, imports, trucks, etc from 1980 - 2010 to show the classic guys what we are made of. We have room for around 50 - 75 cars this year and would love to fill the space provided to us. You can either pre register or we welcome roll ins the day of the show how ever you must arrive by noon if you wish to be judged. We will have 15 trophies this year which are listed on our website.

There is one thing that we do have to make clear to everyone which is that this is a family oriented show since it is on fathers day so we are trying to steer away from playing excessively loud music with extreme swearing or gratuity in it please and thank you.

Profits go towards cancer one way or another. Last years money went to a child cancer help program in the GTA.

hey ppl. glad to be here and thanks for the interest.

the event takes place at cedarvale park in georgetown. north on 8th line from steeles.

as for help: we could always use a few more judges. since jon (the other 1980+ runner) and I run the show, we get other ppl to judge to show no bias.

 

We can get a few people from here, at least me and kim can make it and if you need help with judging, I'll be more than happy to lend a hand or three.

I'll be judging in this event and to keep it unbiased any Iron Piston member cars entered will not be judged by me. So let me know if you're planning on attending so I can pre-arrange with the organizers.
