On the out side it looks like @ss



But looks can be deceiving. Most people see the scoop and laugh.
But unlike most of the Walmart stick on scoops mine is well needed.
Under that scoop sits a 460 Big Block on spray.






There is long list of goodies in my motor and to make it short its built to be boosted. Right now i have a little 88mm T6 sitting on the shelf waiting.
Tranny is a pro built C6 with 3000 stall.

I have tube K and QA1s up front and the back half of the car is tubbed with ladder bars coils and 9inch with a spool and 3:70 gears.
Yes its rusty under there. I drive this car all year.

Paint and body are the very last thing on my list. Plus most people see the body and dont see what lurks inside.

 

Welcome to TCF. Sleeper is way better but the growl is what counts. That's a really nice motor you got there. But what I'm wondering is how do you drive this thing in winter? Lots of power and no way of stopping it other than manual control - that requires a talent.

I work as a commercial driver so i driver for a living.
But a car is just that a car. Dont mater how much power it has to driver it. Hell my wife drives the car in the snow and She also has 2 mustangs.

Nice car. Big fan of sleepers myself. What kind of numbers does that engine put out? Ever take it to the track? Any times for it?

 

Motor put out 519 hp and 588 tork to wheels. When frist put it in the car.
I have changed a few things since then. So should have bit more.
But never sparyed car on the dyno yet and it has 150 ready to go.

As for times i got kicked off for going to fast with out needed safty crap.
I need to finsh roll cage in the car.
I built the car to run low 10s and it will do that on the motor high 9s on the bottle

 

Those are great numbers. I'm sure you'll run 10's all day long. Can't wait to see this car hope to see you at a meet or two when the weather gets better.

Not bad for a daily/winter car lol
