What I think: Joe is a nice guy. I was referred to him by a co-worker when breaks on my Lancer got something stuck between the rotor and the pads, destroyed the whole thing. He is willing to hand out tips even though that means I won't go to him and that's what made me his customer. No performance stuff here, he even discouraged me from getting light-weight main pulley but for regular stuff I can vouch for this guy's work.

My One experience: My alternator died, took out my battery. Joe repaired my alternator but the repair went bad instantly and he had to keep my car for another 4 hours. I was getting late for my appointment, he knew about my time restraints in advance and to keep me happy, he gave me the keys to his personal vehicle (he does not offer loaners) and I was on my way. To take it a step further, we had an agreement that I would drop off his car at his garage and take my car after he was gone for the day. Did the whole transaction with a secret key hidy hole and that in my books was going above and beyond to keep a customer happy.
