Forum Changes, merges, etc

This was the time set to revise how the forums are doing and what areas needed to be restructured. Following changes have been made and will be revised again in about six months to optimize the forums a bit more - as it is still early stages.

Some areas are completely gone due to lack of activity, there's one particular area that HAD activity but it's still merged to make forums a bit more manageable and non-threatening to new visitors. There is such a thing as too much information.

Electronics & Wiring Help will now be known as Electrical Help

Bodywork & Cosmetics Help will now be known as Auto Body Help

Media Center -> Gone - This particular forum had decent activity but mostly was posted in the wrong area, many threads are moved to Member Projects forum and the Media Center itself is now history. Videos, pictures and funny stuff should be posted to Chatterbox.

Member Projects can now be found under Car Talk since it fits better in this section and will help people find it easily.

Arcade Place -> Gone - There were only 2 threads in this forum, duh!

Vendor Corner -> Temporarily gone - I hate to take this section off, so it's not off but just hidden temporarily until we gain more audience. I'm all for helping the local businesses in Greater Toronto Area but for now this place was rarely used and was cluttering up the whole forum essentially not helping TCF. But it will be back later.

Automotive Recalls and Rumormill & Spyshots have now been merged as Automotive Recalls & Spyshots - Just not enough information to warrant two seperate forums, we can live with it for now. Being merged there are well under 1,000 threads.

Car Clubs & Events, Chatterbox & Classifieds will now be found under TCF Community section since it's all about local meets and clubs and things local to TO, exception of Chatterbox. Just re-ordering of things here.

Rumble Pit™ is temporarily gone, don't worry Larry, it's all there and it will all be back later. No one wondered what went on in the pit so I'm suspending it for now.

Bottom line is that there has been quite some shrinking done to the forums as I felt this place was getting a little intimidating to new-comers for quite some time now. Tell me how you feel the changes will help TCF improve and grow. I'm always open for suggestions.

Sounds really nice, cant wait to see the new forums this way, ive always thought the forums seemed a little big but when i look at other forums it seemed to be normal size in comparison to the others but maybe this will direct more traffic thru the sections after the down sizing of the areas, looking forward to seeing the new layout!

One little change also happened on the fly. Toronto Car Meets and Toronto Car Events are now merged to make it look better, both combined together can have better participation. This was under TCF Community area.

Also, Iron Piston Club subforum is now out of it's sub-section and easier to find.

Just little tweaks, nothing broken.
