The adjustable ones are to help adjust camber. A lot of cars no longer have adjustments for caster and camber, so if an adjustment is necessary, this is one solution.

update lol i wasted over 100 dollars on alignment as u move ur ride hieght with the air ride the alignment is always off. i sent my bag to what i drive at 100 psi in front and 90 in rear because i dont have digital im running analog i dont have the ability to hit a switch to go to ride hieght. I have to hit my switches to bring me to those psi. Cause i cant be perfect everytime to hit 100/90 then my alignment be out all the time. Only thing they could do is align my sterring wheel
